We're sorry to hear this. Please send an email to offdoris@outlook.com with your order number and a picture of the issue. We'll promptly work on a solution, which may involve sending a replacement or processing a refund.
Please be aware, we do not offer replacements or refunds for snap bars or segment pot wax melts that arrive snapped or broken, as this can occur during shipping.
